Dan Donovan

Dan founded the Selling Academy in 2009. He has been in Sales & Marketing Management, Account Director, Sales Director and Consulting Partner roles for companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Mercuri International. Dan is in the top 10% of Miller Heiman Consultants worldwide and a graduate of the University of Gloucestershire MBA programme.

Robert Cambrinus, Consulting Partner

Robert Cambrinus
Robert graduated with a PhD from University of Economics in Vienna and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and later trained as an actor at East 15 Acting School, London. His business career includes positions as business consultant, managing director of a mining company and industrial entrepreneur in the refractory industry. Robert’s acting career spans more than 10 years in film and television.

Des McCluskey, Consulting Partner

Des McCluskey

Des graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Molecular Biology and having won the British University’s championship for ‘football’ spent 12 months coaching ‘Soccer’ in the USA. As National Sales Manager at DePuy Johnson & Johnson, Des was responsible for a £65million business and the design and implementation of Strategic Account Management across the 14 separate businesses that make up Johnson & Johnson’s medical devices sector. Des is a Certified Miller Heiman Consultant.

David Solomon, Consulting Partner

David Solomon

David graduated with a Degree in Mathematics and Statistics and then trained as an actor (RADA) and then worked in the theatre (Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal National Theatre) for 8 years. David’s commercial career includes roles at Sales Director level and growing a business that led to it’s acquisition by a global brand in the sector.

With a degree in engineering, John manages strategic, communication and training projects with an engineer’s desire for the most efficient solution. He has a passion for simplicity and his approach is direct and uncomplicated keeping the objectives of the business always in focus. He is a strong team player and enjoys supporting teams in achieving excellent outcomes and exceeding expectations. His strengths lie in sales training, event management, communication, facilitation and channel management.

Paul Hayden, Consulting Partner

Paul Hayden

Paul has 22 years training and development experience across a wide range of companies, countries and skills.

He is the author of ‘The Learners Pocketbook’ and ‘The Personal Success Pocketbook’, which have been translated into numerous languages and sold over 50,000 copies each. He holds the Institute of Personnel and Developments ‘Certificate in Training and Development’.

Paul has worked with clients across a broad spectrum of markets, including Business Schools, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Finance, Automotive, Construction, I.T. and Engineering.

His area of expertise is sales, including sales management, negotiation skills, key account management, telesales, call centre, presentation skills and proposal writing. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management by achievement.

A truly Global Consultant, Paul has worked in over 20 countries, including America, China, Japan, Dubai, India, Brazil and most of Europe.

Elaine Frostman

Elaine has a wealth of experience spanning 25 years + in sales, management, training and coaching. After gaining a Business Coaching accreditation in 2003, Elaine then set herself up us as a self employed business coach. After 18 months, it was clear that her clients also had a need for specific training requirements, so she joined Mercuri International. Whilst there, she worked on projects globally for the likes of CISCO, Lexmark, Canon, Hewlett Packard, RBS, HSBC, and Philips to name but a few.

For the last 11 years, David has designed and delivered bespoke sales and leadership programs in over 200 different companies. David is a very experiences sales trainer and sales performance coach.
